of Radford University with a degree in Finance. He worked six years
in the banking industry until 1988 when he chose to re-establish the
firm of Henshaw Realty and make real estate sales and development

Gail worked for 12 years in the banking industry until recently when she decided to take a leave of absence to spend time with her children and get involved in their activities and those of her community. | |

Dave is a graduate of The College of William & Mary, with a degree in Business Administration. He worked as a Business Analyst with Dun & Bradstreet before entering the real estate profession. After 12 years of experience in residential sales and building construction, he started a career in mortgage banking, working in loan origination and management. Dave lives in Midlothian with his wife, Debbie, and their three children. They enjoy a variety of sports activities, and boating on the James River. With his more
than 25 years of experience in real estate and mortgage banking, Dave
offers a unique perspective on land use management. |

| Bernie
Taylor is a Project Manager for PDC. Although she is another one of
our newest company members she has been involved in non-profit projects
with PDC for eight years. In her spare time she plays with her Newfoundland
dog, Ebony, goes sightseeing with her husband Berry, and also enjoys
being in the kitchen cooking and baking. |

Billy is the Site Supervisor for PDC. Billy is a key partner in the planning and implementation of various projects within the communities of PDC. These projects include all major utilities installations, i.e., water and sewer systems, electric, telephone, gas lines, street layout and landscaping of the development. Billy has been with PDC for 5 years and his favorite way to relax is involvement in sports, especially baseball. |
